HARD RED ROCKS PREVIEW – Nero, Dillon Francis, and more!
After the success of last year’s sold-out Hard Red Rocks celebration, they’re doing it again this year. EDM artists Nero and Dillon Francis will headline the second annual Hard Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado on Thursday, July 31, 2014. Opening acts include Rudimental, Destructo, Julio Bashmore and Samo Sound Boy.
Nero, stylized NERO, are a British electronic music trio composed of members Daniel Stephens, Joe Ray and vocalist Alana Watson. In August 2011, they released their debut studio album Welcome Reality, which reached number one in the UK Albums Chart. In August 2012, “Promises” achieved gold status in the United States. On 10 February 2013, Nero won a Grammy for their collaborative remix of “Promises” with Skrillex.
Dillon Francis has broken from the throng of young electronic music dj/producers. With a stream of world-class remixes and releases, Dillon has caught the attention of some of the top players in club land, including Steve Aoki, Diplo, Will I. Am, Drop The Lime, Sinden, and Tittsworth to name some. In less than a year his blistering productions have been heavily supported by Major Lazer, who opened their show with “Westside!,” a Dutch House-flavored monster that was consistently rinsed by top djs on both sides of the pond, including Sinden and Steve Aoki.
Tickets for the event are still available at redrocksonline.com. Buy them today before they’re gone. Like we said, they sold out last year. Tickets range from $55 for GA and go up to $100 for VIP.
